Performance Pro Pumps: Most Performance Pro Pumps continue to ship within 1 or 2 days of your order.

Big Leaf Traps: BLTs are shipping within 2 or 3 Business days of your order, and parts continue to be available as well.

If you place an order at Pondexpo that has an extended backorder time and you wish to cancel that order prior to shipment, we will refund 100 % of the original charge. There is no risk for you to be in line waiting to get the item(s) you need. First in with an order is the first to ship.
