Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week.

We process orders Monday through Friday, and we will process yours the business day following your order.

In most cases, we will ship your order the next day. Naturally, we are not responsible for factory production or shipping delays, but if for any reason an unusual delay develops, we will let you know by email.

We will also confirm your order, by email, the day following your purchase, if you gave us your email address at the time of your online purchase.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item purchased from our online store, send us an email with the details. Please include:

Item to be returned
Date of purchase
Purchase confirmation number
Reason for return
Tell us if you want a replacement or refund

Any requests to return a purchased item will be handled on an individual basis. Returns require authorization within 15 days of your purchase on new and unused merchandise only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once authorized, you will be sent a return authorization number and can ship the item back to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item, and either ship your replacement item or credit your credit card (exclusive of shipping costs if any).

Shipping Policy

We use UPS ground, and we pay the UPS shipping charges to the lower 48 states on orders over $50.00! Note: some items we sell cannot be shipped via UPS. These items will be so noted as you browse our site. Current truck freight charges will apply for shipment of these items. Email or call if you would like a truck freight quote before you buy. Also, if you need faster service, call or e-mail us with your needs and we will quote the costs. Then you can decide.

Our shipping point is usually Gainesville, Georgia - about 30 miles from Atlanta). Call or send us an email using the form below with the items you are interested in, and tell us when you need them. Don't forget to tell us where you are located. We'll figure out the best way to meet your deadline, and get right back to you with the costs. Then you can decide. Sometimes we can simply have your items shipped from the factory if you are located close-by. Then expedited shipping may not be needed. Just let us know what you need. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, place your order and we will contact you for your approval of the shipping costs prior to processing your order.
